Greetings fellow members of Division 11
At the January District meeting 3 things were emphasized.
The District is gearing up for The America's Cup races. To make America Cup a success will require a 100% effort from all members of D11nr.
The District OPTEX tentatively scheduled for end of July at Coast Guard Island is going to be a test/training for the America's Cup. They would like assets from all Divisions to particate.
The third item emphasized was boater safety. There is going to be a push on inland waterways, kayaks and paddleboards. I think we are ahead of other Divisions in working with kayaks and paddleboards.
